Mom and Dad in Stacy Park the bridge behind them went from the park to Riverside Dr.

over the Delaware Raritan Canal which was drained, filled in and is now a highway.

There were some beautiful homes backing that canal. Now instead of frogs croaking, ducks quacking,

fish splashing and crickets chirping, they have highway noise. Progress be dammed.

The man and little boy on the left are my Uncle Alvin and cousin Bobby.
