For body language in countries other then Indonesia check a good guild book. I have come

across a few and will list them here be country.

Japan:

1. don't pass food with chopsticks, this is a sign of disrespect. Chopsticks are used to pass

the bones of the dead to family members at cremations.

2. Don't point with chopsticks or wave them around. Some people use their hands

for emphases when talking. Don't do while holding chopsticks.
