Far away from you

I saw a strange sight today,

a seagull,

that's not really strange

but this one was in the mountains.

What was he doing so far

away from the ocean?

I always thought that gulls

loved the sea.

Maybe it wasn't so strange,

after all,

what am I doing

so far away from you.
