The above photo's are links to air brokers, use these or find your own in local newspapers or online, in phone books etc. You can also check with your local travel agent.
An air broker basically buys lots (groups) of tickets from an airline at a discounted price and then resells them to the public at a slight mark up. The airline benefits by not flying a partially full plane and the broker's benefit is obvious. Your benefit is lower prices.
Caveat Emptor (buyer beware!) there are some unscrupulous brokers out there who, because of their incompetence, may cause you trouble with your reservations. Or at the worst take your money and vanish. Make sure that the broker you use is an established business with a good track record. i.e. check with you local chamber of commerce, consumer reports etc.
This is still a good way to fly, so don't be afraid just cautious.
For round the world airfares try AirTreks.com, JustFares.net or Air Brokers International
.
NOTICE: You probably won't get frequent-flyer miles if you fly with a broker. Take this into account when your calculating the cost of your trip.
