I've know from childhood that there's Poison Ivy down the shore. I got it from head to toe and haven't gotten it since. I apparently built up an immunity. So be Careful Poison Ivy looks like This
Also watch out for splinters on the boardwalks. When I was 8 or 9 I was running barefoot on the boards in Seaside Park, stubbed my toe & fell forward with only a bathing suit on. I was one big splinter. I mean my hands, legs, chest, every where & some of the splinters were pretty big. I'm sure they take better care of the boards now but still be careful.
