After 30 years With the Company, a friend of mine, Gary Rutherford, took over the everyday operations of Loeffler's for Mr. Kenneth Friedland (President) who has over 50 years with Loeffler's. He has not only maintained the superb quality of the product but has added new products. You won't find better lunch meats anywhere.    Al.
Meats & Prices:
Summer Sausage: The finest ingredients of veal, pork and selected spices. This product tastes best when grilled & served with sauerkraut or spicy mustard.
Bockwurst: Made with the same ingredients of Summer Sausage, but with the added flavor of scallions & parsley. This product is more of a winter nature. Best prepared by broiling, boiling or frying.
Bologna: (Jumbo, Medium, & Thin) The distinctive flavor of Loeffler's Bologna is comparable to none. Sliced thin you'll love it on a sandwich or hoagie.
Liverwurst: (Natural or Artificial Casing) Try our special blend of liver, pork, onions & natural spices. Tastes like no other. Traditionally served on Rye Bread with mustard & onions.
Head Cheese: This is a European favorite! With it's own tangy spices & special cuts of pork you cant go wrong! Taste great on Rye bread with butter or mustard.
Kielbasa: Our Polish Sausage is second to none. Just the right spices give it that tangy, spicy flavor of old style Europe. It's good grilled, boiled, broiled or even fried for breakfast with eggs. As a cold snack, slice pieces with cubes of your favorite cheese & crackers.
Cooked Salami: Great for any occasion. Has a nice spicy flavor which is good on any sandwich or hoagie. As with the Kielbasa, it's great with cheese and crackers.
Roast Beef: You don't have to say "Where's the beef ?" When it comes to our roast beef, it's the best! We use the highest quality beef available. It's fresh oven roasted & can be served hot or cold because it is fully cooked before it goes to your favorite Deli. "There's none better."
Roast Pork: People rave about our Roast Pork and why not! Our combination of spices and fresh oven roasting make it great for any meal or sandwich. Our Roast Pork is also fully cooked so you can serve it hot or cold.
Loeffler's Old Fashioned Frankfurters: (Natural casing) - This is the one! Made from top quality beef, pork and spices. This authentic recipe from Germany will make you feel like you are back in the "Old Country" Our old fashioned frank is excellent grilled, broiled or boiled with your favorite topping's (Remember when boiling - bring water to a boil, shut off heat and place the franks in water, cover the pan and let stand for approximately 4 minutes.)
Pork Roll: A Trenton area favorite. Our mild flavored Pork Roll has a flavor that is second to none. Available at your favorite Super Market, Loeffler's mild Flavored Pork Roll is also available through the State of New Jersey's School Lunch Program to over 200 School districts and other State Agencies.   Comes in 24oz, 3lb, & 6lb. sizes

Sweet Italian Sausage: Our best kept secret. Not available in stores. Sold only to restaurants and out of our facility on Whitehead Road. Extra lean and flavorful.   No added oils or extracts.
Veal Loaf: All Natural. No preservatives.
Smoked Ham & Tavern Ham: Both of these hams are made without adding water. One gram of fat and one gram of saturated Fat. All of this and only 330 mg. of sodium per 2 oz serving. Smoked using only natural woods. No artificial smoke flavor Added. THIS IS THE REAL DEAL.

Loeffler's has been a processor for the Pennsylvania Dept. of Agriculture, the Massachusetts Dept. of  Agriculture and for more then a decade now, the New Jersey Dept. of Agriculture, Commodity Foods Program. Loeffler's has met with great success in this program and serves over 300 schools, institutions and other agencies in New Jersey.
