  Open Hearth Cooking Demonstration & Smokehouse Demonstration: Native American-European Contact. At Pennsbury Manor  The Pennsbury Manor foodways staff will demonstrate the Native American influence on English cooking and the English influence on Native American foodways.  The three sisters – corn, beans, and squash – will abound.

   Annual Tree Lighting: 4:30 p.m. Town Green Princeton, N. J. The official kick off to the holiday season at Palmer Square; Santa's arrival, the lighting of the Christmas Tree, a brass band and holiday caroling.
 
27th.
Menorah Lighting: 5 p.m. Palmer Square North Plaza Princeton, N.J. Local residents; including the mayors of Princeton Borough and Princeton Twp light the Menorah. The Sheket Choir sings festive music.
