We have gone through some of the worst times in my life during the past 8 years. In my 65 years I have never seen the country more divided, nor have I seen it less respected in the world.
We have gotten used to being lied to and mislead. We have, as a country, lost our honor, the high ground with which we had gained the respect of the world. We have seen our freedoms taken away in the guise of "Protecting the Home Land."
We are stuck in a war that we didn't have to fight and are watching a war that we did, slowly fall apart. I'm going to be following the events leading up to the election and posting the facts and my opinions on this page.   Al

Let's pay attention to the conventions. The may tell us a lot!
Look at the speeches but remember the speakers are trying to push their party's interest, So if you hear something that is put out as a fact & your not sure of it, take the time to research it. Read their platforms, see what they want to do. Is it in your best interest?
